Ingredients
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- Milk, as needed
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 bunch chives (also available as frozen)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper, to taste

- Mix the quark and milk until smooth. Peel the onion and chop it into very small cubes, add to the quark with the chives and season with salt and pepper.
- It is best to make the quark a day in advance and let it steep in the refrigerator.
- I prefer to eat the quark with fresh rolls with jam, jelly, turnip tops and Nutella on top. Try it you will like it!
