Ingredients
- 200 g powdered suar
- 200 g butter
- 4 egg (s)
- 380 g flour, smooth
- 1 point baking powder
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- liter ⅛ milk
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 g chocolate, (cookin chocolate)

- Blow off butter until frothy, stir in icing sugar and eggs individually, mix with vanilla sugar and salt until frothy.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder, work in the rum and milk until it becomes smooth, then fold in the finely chopped chocolate.
- Fill into a buttered, floured bundt cake pan and bake at approx. 180 ° for 50 minutes.
- Turn out, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
