Instructions

  1. Blow off butter until frothy, stir in icing sugar and eggs individually, mix with vanilla sugar and salt until frothy.
  2. Mix in the flour and baking powder, work in the rum and milk until it becomes smooth, then fold in the finely chopped chocolate.
  3. Fill into a buttered, floured bundt cake pan and bake at approx. 180 ° for 50 minutes.
  4. Turn out, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
