Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, cut off the ends and cook with 2 lemon wedges for about 8-10 minutes. I always use the steamer, of course you can also cook on the stove as usual.
  2. Whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Halve the bacon.
  3. Put the cooked asparagus in a baking dish, pour the egg mixture over it and put the bacon on top. Cook in the hot oven at 220 ° C on the middle shelf for 15-20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
  4. Boiled potatoes go well with this.
