  • liter ⅛ milk, hot
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the white bread into thin strips. Pour hot milk over it and let it steep. Knead with your hands.
  2. Sauté the onions and bacon, finely diced.
  3. Mix white bread, onions, bacon, egg, salt, pepper and parsley and form small dumplings with wet hands. Let it steep in the hot broth.
