Ingredients

  • 8 plum (s), dried
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 80 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread the bacon on the work surface, cut in half and roll a plum into a strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick and cook until golden yellow on all sides in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Clean the onion, garlic and paprika, cut into cubes and place in the pan with the bacon skewers. Add the tomato paste, season with paprika and cayenne, immediately deglaze with the broth and reduce a little. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
