Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 150 g bacon, chopped or diced ham
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 egg (s)
- 75 ml milk
- 200 g sour cream or sour cream
- sesame

- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Grease muffin tins / line with paper liners.
- Fry the onion and bacon in the oil until translucent, the onion should not be too brown. Let cool down.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, whisk the eggs, milk and sour cream in a second bowl, then add the bacon and onion mixture. Pour in the flour and mix briefly.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
