Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 150 g bacon, chopped or diced ham
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 75 ml milk
  • 200 g sour cream or sour cream
  • sesame

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin tins / line with paper liners.
  3. Fry the onion and bacon in the oil until translucent, the onion should not be too brown. Let cool down.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, whisk the eggs, milk and sour cream in a second bowl, then add the bacon and onion mixture. Pour in the flour and mix briefly.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
