Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 onion (s), red
- 2 orange (s)
- 16 breakfast bacon
- 16 prunes
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (grape balsamic vinegar)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper from the mill
- 1 some cream

- Sort the lamb`s lettuce, wash and spin dry. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
- Peel and fillet the oranges.
- Wrap the prunes with the bacon and pin tight with a wooden stick.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan. Fry the bacon plums in it until crispy. Then take it out of the pan and keep it warm.
- Deglaze the roasting fat with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Add some cream.
- Divide the salad on plates. Place the onions, filleted oranges and plums on top, drizzle with the vinegar marinade and serve.
