Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ kg potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 125 g bacon
  • 3 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. The potatoes are washed thoroughly and cooked with a little water for about 20 minutes. You pour off the water and peel the potatoes while they are still hot. Then immediately cut the peeled potatoes into slices and mix them carefully with the vinegar and oil.
  2. Then you taste the potato salad with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and carefully mix well again.
  3. The bacon is cut into fine cubes and left out in a pan. The onions are peeled, also diced and steamed translucent in the released bacon at moderate heat. Then you carefully lift both under the potatoes.
  4. Tip: Tastes warm with a fried egg with it!
