- 450 g croquettes
- 12 slices bacon or bacon
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 250 g quark
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- salt
- pepper

- Roast the nuts fat-free in a coated pan.
- Halve the bacon slices, wrap the croquettes with them and fry them in a coated pan with a little oil for 12-15 minutes.
- Mix the quark with nuts, basil and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the bacon sticks on wooden skewers and serve with dip.
- 599 Kcal per serving.
