Ingredients

  • 450 g croquettes
  • 12 slices bacon or bacon
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the nuts fat-free in a coated pan.
  2. Halve the bacon slices, wrap the croquettes with them and fry them in a coated pan with a little oil for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Mix the quark with nuts, basil and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the bacon sticks on wooden skewers and serve with dip.
  5. 599 Kcal per serving.
