Baguette “Pizza” (Hot Sandwiches with Mushrooms and Minced Meat)

Making hot sandwiches with mushrooms and minced meat “a la pizza” from a baguette is not difficult!
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut the champignons into thin slices. Grate mozzarella.
- Fry the minced meat in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until tender.
- Add tomato sauce and mushrooms, stir and set aside.
- Cut the bread in half lengthways and then slice across so that you get 8 pieces.
- Spread the meat sauce evenly over the baguette slices.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the baguette pizza with mozzarella.
- Bake baguette pizza in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
