Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette (s)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 3 tomato (s), sliced
  • 1 egg (s)
  • cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Cup basil
  • Oregano, rubbed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the baguette lengthways and hollow out. Soak the crumbs with cream and mix the minced meat with it. Add the egg, tomato paste, mustard and the finely chopped onion, season with salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Spread the mixture on the hollowed-out baguette halves. Put in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Take out briefly and cover with tomato slices, sprinkle with basil and oregano. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
