Ingredients

  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 medium egg yolks
  • 250 ml grain
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled coffee powder, instant (Nescafé frappé)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant
  • 4 tablespoon rum, approx. 5%
  • 400 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, coffee powder, baking cocoa and cocoa powder. Add egg yolk, approx. 50 ml grain and rum. Stir until everything has dissolved. Slowly pour in the rest of the grain. Fill up with cream, fill into a sterile bottle (approx. 750 ml) and put in a cool place.
