Put the cream in a suitable container and add the vanilla sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and whiskey. Stir well and season to taste, if necessary add whiskey or sugar (according to your own taste). Put the mixture in the ice cream maker. After about 10 minutes add the chocolate flakes. If you don`t have an ice cream machine, add the chocolate flakes to the mixture immediately and then put them in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
Modification:
If the ice powder is left out and you put the mixture in the refrigerator, you will have delicious homemade Baileys.
