Ingredients
- 250 g ricotta
- 4 teaspoons cocoa
- 100 g walnut kernels
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream

- Chop the walnut kernels, ideally grind them with a hand blender.
- Mix the ricotta with the cocoa, the vanilla sugar, the walnuts and the Bailey`s and pour into small glasses.
- Serve with fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries).
- Make small portions, it`s got a lot of stuff!
