Mix the yolks with icing sugar until frothy. Stir in the mascarpone spoon by spoon. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff and stir into the mixture. Stir in a little Bailey`s.
Dip the ladyfingers in liqueur and place in a prepared dish, brush with cream. Repeat until the ingredients are used up. Finish with cream. Let it steep in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
It`s best to eat it quickly because of the eggs. Please use fresh eggs without exception.
You can serve the tiramisu in portions in dessert bowls.
