Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 100 g suar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 30 ladyfingers (sponge fingers)
  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the yolks with icing sugar until frothy. Stir in the mascarpone spoon by spoon. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff and stir into the mixture. Stir in a little Bailey`s.
  2. Dip the ladyfingers in liqueur and place in a prepared dish, brush with cream. Repeat until the ingredients are used up. Finish with cream. Let it steep in the fridge overnight.
  3. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
  4. It`s best to eat it quickly because of the eggs. Please use fresh eggs without exception.
  5. You can serve the tiramisu in portions in dessert bowls.
