Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 9 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla cream powder (paradise cream)

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk and cream powder in a tall mixing bowl with the whisk of the mixer, first briefly on the lowest setting, then whip on the highest setting for 3 minutes until creamy and add 4 tablespoon Baileys.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff while drizzling in the vanilla sugar. Draw about 3/4 under the Baileys cream.
  3. Now, as with tiramisu, layer in dessert glasses or other glasses (it looks particularly nice in the glass):
  4. Break through the ladyfingers, drizzle with the rest of the liqueur and place in the glasses, put a layer of cream on top, etc. until the cream is finished. Chill glasses for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Spread the rest of the cream on the Baileys cream, decorate as desired and serve.
