Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 ml yogurt 1.5%
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, pickled in rum
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), bourbon, scraped out
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
  • 1 dash sweetener, liquid
  • 2 apples, (winter apples)
  • 1 dash calvados

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with 250 ml yoghurt, the rum raisins, the vanilla pulp and the cinnamon until creamy.
  2. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, fill it with the almonds and apples and fry lightly with a squeeze of lemon. Then deglaze with a splash of calvados and let cool.
  4. Now fold into the prepared quark and put in the refrigerator overnight to steep.
