Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Quarter the apple, cut out the core and cut into eighths. Fry the apple wedges in a non-fat frying pan on both sides until tender.
  2. After turning the apple wedges, place 1 tablespoon of flaked almonds next to the apples and put a lid on if necessary so that the apples cook better. Neither apples nor flaked almonds should be too dark. Turn the almond flakes in between.
  3. Sprinkle the apple wedges with vanilla sugar and let sit briefly in the pan. Put hot on a plate. Spread the almond flakes on top and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Pour some grated or chopped chocolate over the vanilla ice cream as desired.
