Instructions

  1. For the crispy crumbs, melt the sugar and butter in a saucepan and let them brown slightly. Then stir in the chopped almonds, spread them out as thinly as possible on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then let them cool. After the mass has cooled down and hardened, break it into approx. 1 cm crumbs.
  2. Peel and core the apples and cut into approx. 1 x 1 cm cubes. Heat the butter and sugar in a saucepan and add the apples (the sugar can caramelize, but it will become liquid again), fold in the cinnamon and raisins and cook everything together for about 10 minutes (the apples should not boil over). Let everything cool down.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together for the cream. After the apple layer has cooled down, divide the cream into 2/3 and 1/3. Fold the crispy crumbs into the larger part of the cream.
  4. Then fill into 6 glasses or a large bowl in the following order: first crunchy cream, then apple mixture and then cream without crumbs. Chill for approx. 2 hours.
