Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 200 g yourt (vanilla yourt)
  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 6 lasagne plate (s)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna plates in a little water for about 5 minutes, remove them from the water and let them cool down individually, otherwise they will stick together.
  2. Cut the marzipan mixture into small pieces. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces, then fry them with 1 tablespoon of butter and remove them from the pan.
  3. For the sauce, melt the butter in the pan and sweat the flour in it. Gradually add the milk, stirring well so that there are no lumps. Add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt and sugar and bring to the boil. Then let cool and stir in the vanilla yogurt.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish a little.
  5. Start with vanilla sauce, then layer in the lasagne sheets, apples, marzipan mixture, raisins and sauce. Spread the almonds on the last layer of sauce.
  6. Bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
