Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 tablespoon jam (strawberry, raspberry or blackberry)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core, drizzle with lemon juice and place in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the jam with the nuts, sour cream, cinnamon and sugar and pour into the apples. The cream is allowed to overflow generously. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 160 ° C for 30-45 minutes.
  4. The juicier and firmer the apples, the longer the baking time.
