Ingredients

  • 4 apples, large
  • 50 g chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoon jam (orange jam)
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Use an apple cutter to remove the core of the apples and place them in a well-greased baking dish. Fry in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Grate chocolate. Mix the orange jam with the chopped nuts and half of the grated chocolate and pour into the apples. Brush with butter and fry in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then sprinkle the remaining chocolate over the hot apples.
