Baked Asparagus with Pepper

If you do not know how to make a side dish for meat, chicken and fish at the same time, then take vegetables from the refrigerator and send them to the oven with spices. Try my variation on this theme.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 500 Grams
  • Sweet pepper – 300 grams (small)
  • Olive oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Wine Vinegar – 1.5 Teaspoons (White)
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the asparagus and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Halve the pepper, removing the stalks, membranes and seeds.
  3. Then mix vegetables with mustard, vinegar and oil.
  4. Then bake the asparagus with pepper for 25 minutes at 220 degrees in the oven.
