Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 can meat (breakfast meat or mince, 400g)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese (preferably brunch paprika and peppers)
  • Chili powder
  • 150 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into approx. 1 cm thick slices, making approx. 25 slices.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces and sauté in oil in a non-stick pan. Cut the breakfast meat into small pieces and add to the pan, fry. Add the peppers, also cut into very small cubes, last. Let cool, add the sour cream and cream cheese and mix, season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  3. Spread on the baguette slices and sprinkle with the cheese. Baked for about 15 minutes at 200 °.
  4. The mass is to be prepared well the day before, then it goes very quickly before the party, apply the mass, put cheese on it and put it in the oven.
