  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoon water
  • Oil, for frying
  • Honey, at will

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a small bowl, add water and mix into a thick dough (water can vary by 1-2 tablespoon, depending on the type of flour).
  2. Cut the bananas into thick slices and pull them piece by piece through the dough and then immediately put them in the pan or deep fryer with hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
  3. Then drain briefly on kitchen paper, then drizzle with honey on a plate and enjoy.
  4. Like the Chinese around the corner, simply delicious.
