Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix in baking powder and desiccated coconut. Mix well with water and oil. Heat honey and add a little lemon juice to taste. Heat the frying fat. Peel the bananas and cut into the desired size. Turn the banana pieces in the batter and fry them. Pour the warm honey over the finished bananas and serve hot.
