Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into boats and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the parmesan and breadcrumbs together. Press the garlic cloves through the garlic press and add to the mixture. Add the oregano, salt and pepper. Stir in enough olive oil to make a crumbly mixture. Fill the bell pepper boats with it and let it brown in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
