  • Processed cheese (American cheese) – 170 g
  • Butter – 0.5 cups
  • Dill greens – 1-2 branches
  • Salted crackers – 15 pcs.

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Grind the crackers.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  4. Put the carrots in a saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
  5. Drain the water and place the carrots in a greased 1.5 L tall baking dish.
  6. Melt half the butter and cheese in a small saucepan, stirring all the time. Add chopped dill.
  7. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the carrots.
  8. Combine crackers and remaining butter. Sprinkle over carrots.
  9. Bake the carrots, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees.
