Baked Carrots with Spices

Baked carrots are a very tasty, very healthy, and very beautiful side dish that can be served with both meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 3 pcs.
  • Dried basil – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Dill greens – for serving

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, cut carrots in half and lengthwise into several parts. Sprinkle with dried basil, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix.
  2. Place the carrots in one layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Put the finished carrots on a plate, sprinkle with chopped dill.
