Oven baking is probably one of the best ways to cook cauliflower. The cabbage is baked with spices, soy sauce, lemon juice, and butter to bring out its flavor in a new way.
Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Fresh chili peppers – 0.5 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
How to cook baked cauliflower:
Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets, and place in a large bowl.
Finely chop the chili and peeled garlic.
Add vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili peppers, garlic, spices to the cabbage. Mix well.
Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cauliflower until tender, about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees, stirring occasionally. Serve baked cauliflower as a side dish with meat or simply as a snack.
