  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 tomato (s), (depending on size)
  • 2 mozzarella, 1 cup sour cream
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First cut the chicken fillet into pieces (not too small) and pound it flat if necessary. Then season and fry on both sides. Wash and slice tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into slices as well. Now cover each piece of meat with a little (1-2 leaves) of basil, a slice of tomato and mozzarella and put in the oven (at 180 °). Leave in until the mozzarella has melted well.
  2. Prepare rösties as a side dish as described on the package.
  3. Serve the finished fillets and hash browns with sour cream. Finished! Is ready super quickly (approx. 30 min.) And is super delicious!
