Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet (s)
  • 700 g Brussels sprouts
  • 70 g bacon, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain, drain and place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Dice the onions and bacon, cut the mushrooms into slices. Leave the bacon crispy, sauté onions and mushrooms in it and season. Then spread over the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Fry the chicken fillets in the oil until golden brown on all sides, season and finally place in the baking dish. Finally, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake at 180 ° C (convection) for about 20 minutes, do not let the cheese turn too brown. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
  4. Mashed potatoes or just baguette tastes very good with it.
