  • Sweet pepper (red and yellow) – 400 g
  • Tomatoes – 250 g
  • Canned corn – 100 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Wheat flour – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Ground paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Dried basil – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh herbs for serving – to taste

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, blot with a paper towel, and cut into strips.
  2. Put chicken meat in a plastic bag, add flour, salt, pepper, and spices.

  4. In a frying pan, in well-heated vegetable oil, fry the fillet pieces over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
