Baked Chicken Legs with Potatoes and Seeds Instructions

  1. Chicken legs (I have 3 pieces – according to the number of eaters) cut into two parts – thigh and drumstick. Salt, pepper, add sweet paprika (if you like spicy, add it), chopped garlic and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least half an hour (preferably 2-3 hours).

  2. We heat the oven to 200 degrees and continue cooking. Add eggs to chicken meat. Pour in the starch and mix. Put the chicken in a deep baking sheet (baking dish).
  3. A little marinade left and that’s great. Add the rest of the vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into medium pieces and mix well in the remaining marinade. Do not forget to add salt to the potatoes. We distribute the potatoes, carefully laying them out on a baking sheet between the chicken pieces. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with peeled raw seeds (in any supermarket they are sold very inexpensively by weight). We bake chicken legs, sprinkled with seeds, and potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees for the first thirty minutes under foil, and then without foil for another 20 minutes.
