Baked Chicken Necks

Oven-baked chicken necks with spices are a great snack for beer and more. Fragrant, juicy, fried necks are also called chicken seeds since it is impossible to tear yourself away from them. Budgetary and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken necks (without skin) – 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices or seasoning for chicken – 0.3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Wash skinless chicken necks, dry with a paper towel, cut off fat and skin residues with scissors.
  3. Transfer the prepared chicken necks to a bowl. Pour in salt, spices, and herbs that you can choose either to your liking or take a ready-made set, for example, for chicken.
  4. Stir the necks, leave them for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Then place the necks in a baking dish in one layer.
  6. Bake the chicken necks in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
  7. The chicken necks baked in the oven are ready. Serve hot or warm.
