  • Chicken wings – 500 g
  • Tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • White balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Dried ground garlic – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Flour – 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. For baked chicken wings, prepare the foods listed. Wash the wings, pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the wings at the joints.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine 2 tbsp vegetable oil, your favorite tomato sauce, dried garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, add a little salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the chicken wing marinade until smooth, adding hot sauce or pepper if desired. Put the pieces of wings in the marinade, leave to marinate for a while.
  5. In another deep bowl, combine flour, turmeric, ground paprika, and coriander. Add some ground pepper and salt.
  6. Roll each piece of wings in the breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the wings on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. After a while, remove the chicken wings from the oven, turn them over to the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.
