Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 small Can (s) kidney beans (425 ml)
- 1 small Can (s) beans (baked beans, e.g. with bacon)
- 200 g tomato (s), passed
- 75 g cheese (Gouda), medieval
- 150 g chips (tortilla chips)
- 4 tablespoon sour cream or crème fraiche

- Peel and chop the onions. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the onions and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika.
- Rinse the kidney beans and drain well. Add to the minced meat with the baked beans, heat. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil briefly, season to taste.
- Grate the cheese. Put the tortilla chips in a large ovenproof dish and spread the ground bean and meat mixture on top. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 225 ° C, fan oven 200 ° C) for 10 - 12 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
