Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans (425 ml)
  • 1 small Can (s) beans (baked beans, e.g. with bacon)
  • 200 g tomato (s), passed
  • 75 g cheese (Gouda), medieval
  • 150 g chips (tortilla chips)
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream or crème fraiche

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onions. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the onions and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika.
  2. Rinse the kidney beans and drain well. Add to the minced meat with the baked beans, heat. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil briefly, season to taste.
  3. Grate the cheese. Put the tortilla chips in a large ovenproof dish and spread the ground bean and meat mixture on top. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 225 ° C, fan oven 200 ° C) for 10 - 12 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
