Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the pan. Halve the peeled banana lengthways and brush with lemon juice.
  2. Place the banana in the pan and drizzle with the honey. After about 2 minutes, turn the banana, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, bake again for about 2 minutes and serve.
  3. PPs only have to be calculated for the butter and desiccated coconut. Hence a light dessert that can be prepared in a short time and with little effort. Also tastes very good for children.
