by Editorial Staff

A simple and very tasty dish – hot sandwiches-sandwiches with cottage cheese, baked in the oven. Appetizing crispy crust, delicate filling of cottage cheese and raisins – real lazy cheesecakes! A simple sweet breakfast, a simple dessert, or a light dinner!

Cook: 25 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • White bread – 6 slices
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Milk – 75 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Raisins – 40 g
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) – 10 g

Directions

  1. Sort out the raisins, removing the “tails” and debris. Pour hot water over the raisins and leave for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse and pat dry the raisins with a paper towel.
  2. Use a glass or dough cutter to cut out circles from the bread slices. I cut it out with a glass.
  3. Pour milk into a deep bowl. Crack the egg and separate the whites from the yolk. Send the egg white to a bowl of milk and stir until smooth.
  4. Combine cottage cheese and yolk in a separate bowl.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Mix the cottage cheese and sugar thoroughly, rubbing the grains with a fork to make the mass more homogeneous.
  7. Add raisins and stir. Leave some raisins to serve.
  8. Lubricate a baking dish well with butter.
  9. Dip one side of the bread mug into a bowl of milk mass.
  10. Place the wet side in the mold. Repeat this with two more loaf circles.
  11. Put prepared curd mass on bread slices.
  12. Moisten the remaining slices of bread and place on the curd layer with the moistened side up.
  13. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  14. Transfer ready-made hot sandwiches to a plate, garnish with shelled raisins, and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
