Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin (s)
  • 1 small Can / s pineapple, in pieces
  • Curry powder
  • 250 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
  • 500 g sweet cream
  • Tomato paste
  • Paprika powder
  • Broth, instant, cubes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the loin into slices and fry briefly in a pan with oil. Then place in a greased baking dish. Spread the drained pineapple pieces on top. Strong! Season with curry powder (there has to be a real layer on top). Pour the grated cheese over it. Mix the sweet cream and 1/2 tube of tomato paste together. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and the stock cube. Pour the whole thing over the loin.
  2. Cook for about 1 hour at 180 ° C hot air. First cover with aluminum foil and later remove to brown.
  3. Serve with rice.
