  • 16 fig (s), ripe
  • 80 g suar, brown
  • 60 g walnuts, halved
  • 80 g butter in flakes
  • 160 g oat cream cheese
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the figs and remove the stalks. Cut the figs crosswise so that they look like open flowers but are still connected at the bottom. Then place them vertically in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with 5 g of brown sugar each. Spread the walnut halves and the butter flakes in the pan. Cover the form with aluminum foil and bake the figs in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, divide the goat cheese into 16 equal portions. Remove the aluminum foil from the tin, place the goat cheese portions individually in the middle of each fig and grill under the grill for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Arrange the figs in portions on plates, garnish with the walnut halves and drizzle with the resulting syrup from the tin. Serve immediately.
