Baked fish with bell pepper is a delicious dish to serve for lunch or dinner. If you prefer to combine fish dishes with a side dish, then additionally bake potatoes with mustard beans and rosemary.
Rinse the fillets in water. Brush the dish with vegetable oil and place the fillets on it. Sprinkle with salt (other fish spices can be used).
Cut half the lemon into slices, removing the seeds.
Place them on top of the fish fillets.
Rinse in water and peel the bell pepper, cut the pulp into small cubes.
Rinse the herbs and chop them. You can use either dill or parsley.
Place the sliced peppers and chopped herbs on top of the lemons. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
If you decide to serve potatoes as a side dish, peel them, cut them into 4-8 pieces, add mustard seeds and rosemary, a little salt, and vegetable oil. Mix gently.
Place in a pan and bake the potatoes in the oven at the same time the fish is baked.
Place the baked tilapia fillets with bell peppers on a serving plate.
Add the potato garnish to the fish and serve. Can be supplemented with any sauce, it goes especially well with garlic sauces.
