Baked Fish with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Fillet of pangasius or other white fish – 600 g
  • Vegetable mix “Mexican” – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh greens – for serving

Directions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into portions, pour over with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil.
