Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), peeled
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped (or more!)
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Quarter or eighth of the potatoes and place in a large, flat, oven-safe dish. Add the remaining ingredients and distribute them so that the potatoes are covered with them. First drizzle the potatoes with the lemon juice and then immediately with the olive oil.
