  • 1 kg asparagus, green
  • 1 cup goat cream cheese
  • 150 g parmesan cheese
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. First cut off the asparagus in the lower third and cut the stalks into approx. 3 parts each. Season the asparagus in the baking dish with salt, pepper and paprika powder and toss in olive oil. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and stir into the asparagus with the parmesan. Mix the water with a little fresh lemon juice and pour over the asparagus. After about 10 minutes at 180 ° C in the oven, mix in the cream cheese and place in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  2. Great as an accompaniment to meat, baked potatoes or the like.
