Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), small
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence, dried
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 stalk thyme
  • 2 stalk / s basil
  • 3 sage leaves
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel and cut in half. Put in a greased baking dish. Peel the garlic and press it through the press. Bring the cream, milk, garlic and dried herbs to the boil. Season and pour over the potatoes.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Rasp cheese. Wash the herbs, pluck off the leaves and chop except for a few. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Garnish with the remaining herbs.
