  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 80 g Emmentaler, rated
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • 200 g shrimp (s)
  • some garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the pitted pumpkin with a sharp knife into 1 - 2 cm thick slices. Place 6 slices of it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the leftover slices into small pieces and place the pieces in the large hole in the middle of the slices.
  2. Chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the pumpkin. Now sprinkle the pumpkin slices with some grated Emmentaler cheese and season with oregano and pepper.
  3. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack and bake the pumpkin slices for about 25 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
  4. Fry the prawns in the garlic butter and spread over the pumpkin slices. Sprinkle some more Emmentaler on top.
