Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries or other fruit
  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream
  • 6 egg whites
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and halve the strawberries and place in a high baking dish. Cut the vanilla ice cream into thick slices and place on top of the strawberries. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add sugar to taste.
  2. Spread the egg whites on the ice cream, making a nice wave pattern with the back of the spoon.
  3. Bake in the oven at 190 ° C without a lid for about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
