  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Dried thyme – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon. (taste)

  1. If you want to bake lamb, then for this dish you will need lamb meat. Not all lamb can be baked; a ham is best. I had a leg of lamb chopped into steaks. There is a small bone inside.
  2. Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, pepper, salt.

  3. Put the meat in the marinade. Cover with cling film, marinate mutton (lamb) for 2 hours.

  4. Wrap the marinated lamb steak in foil. Bake the meat in foil in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes.

  5. Serve hot cooked meat, baked in the oven. Juicy and aromatic baked lamb can be served with any vegetable salads, boiled vegetables, and cereals.
