Baked Macaroni with Cauliflower, Broccoli and Cheese
by Editorial Staff
Make a juicy and delicious pasta casserole with cabbage (broccoli and cauliflower) and cheese for your family.
Ingredients
Broccoli – 150 g
Cauliflower – 150 g
Pasta – 230 g
Sour cream (15%) – 1 glass
Dijon mustard – 0.5 tbsp
Green onions – a small bunch
Garlic – 1 clove
Hard cheese (cheddar) – 200 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Broccoli and cauliflower are disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
We get the cabbage out of the water with a slotted spoon.
Throw the pasta into boiling water (you can use the same one where the cabbage was cooked) and boil it in salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. We drain the water and pour cold water over the pasta.
Add mustard, squeezed garlic, and finely chopped onion to sour cream.
Stir the sauce. We turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Add cabbage, sauce, and 2/3 cheese to the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix and place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. And we send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes.
We take out pasta with cabbage and cheese and let it cool for 10 minutes.
